These standard terms and conditions between you(the Buyer) and MaxxHeli represent the entire agreement between the two parties.
1. Interpretation
In these Terms and Conditions (Terms), the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings;
"the Buyer" refers to the person, firm or company who has purchased the Goods from the MaxxHeli;
"the Seller" refers to MaxxHeli;
"Contract" refers to the contract between the MaxxHeli and the Buyer which shall be deemed to include these Terms;
"Goods" refers to any goods mentioned in the Contract which are to be supplied by the MaxxHeli to the Buyer;
In these Terms, reference to any statute or statutory provision shall be construed as a reference to such statute or statutory provision as amended, modified, reenacted or replaced from time-to-time.
2. The Contract
The Contract shall be based on these Terms to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions, including any terms and conditions which are purported to be included or applied by the Buyer. Terms and conditions which are contained in the confirmation of order, purchase order or other document of the Buyer cannot become a part of the Contract.
Please mention specifically when you have any questions before purchasing. Otherwise, buyer will be considered as fully agreeing to all the terms and conditions.
3. Delivery
When the buyer places an order, any goods available will be sent to the Buyer as soon as possible. Subjecting to the other provisions of these Terms, the Seller shall not be liable for any direct or indirect economic loss or loss of profits , arising directly or indirectly out of any delay in the delivery of the Goods. Nor will any delay entitle the Buyer to terminate or rescind the Contract unless the delay exceeds 60 days.
In most cases, item will be delivered within our expected delivery period. However, if buyer cannot receive the item within 3 weeks, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service for further investigation. The investigation will take at most 30 days. Any replacement / refund / compensation will not be processed until the investigation has completed.
3.1 Delivery Charges
We strive to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. Our charge depends on the type of product ordered. You only need to pay one delivery charge, regardless of the number of products you've ordered. If you order two or more products which fall into different categories, the charge will be higher.
The applicable standard delivery charge is shown on each product page. You will always be able to see all applicable charges before submitting your order. We reserve the rights to ask our customers to pay extra postage. To avoid any disputes, please contact us for quotation before payment.
3.2 Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We try our best to make sure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive all your products, please e-mail us at sales@MaxxHeli.com. If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at sales@MaxxHeli.com.
When you place an order to purchase a product from MaxxHeli.com, we will send you an e-mail with the details of your order for your confirmation. Your order represents an offer which is accepted by us.
